In this world we live in today sin is constantly all around us. We are told that we must live 'in' the world but not be 'of' the world. To not be conscience of our sins is virtually impossible. I think we continually try to live in the holiness of Christ and the more we try to live that life the more we are challenged with the sins of the world. I am not sure what is correct... to continually ask for forgiveness of our sins or to forget about our sins because they have already been forgiven. The one way we are taking advantage of God's mercies and almost giving ourselves a license to sin. On the other hand we are living by the letter of the law and making sure we "cover" our bases by constantly asking for forgiveness of our short comings. Maybe we should just focus on a balance of asking for forgiveness, humble ourselves to the spirit of God and continue to walk out our existence from God's glory to glory daily.

I really enjoy reading these types of articles. It searches your mind for what the true beliefs are and how you can apply them to your life. I also love that the articles are filled with the truth of the scriptures. This challenges your beliefs and helps you walk more in Christ's ways. Blessings be to you for your works!

The topic discussed above highly describes how God the almighty forgives the sins of his children in this world.

We people make lots of sins everyday without knowing what we are doing and what are the consequences of these sins. But the lord who watches all our sins knows when to punish us and when to forgive us from sins.

May we praise the lord Almighty.

I think that not being conscious of sin means that once forgiven we're forgiven for all past, present and future sins. It definitely doesn't mean that we no longer sin, just that we're not a slave to sin anymore and getting rid of our sin doesn't need to be our focus anymore. Good article, nice insight.

Thanks so much for this teaching. I am in EXACTLY this state at this time of my life. I have been imprisoned with the bond of legalism long enough! It becomes obsessive in making sure you confess it all, and mean it all the right way.

I am looking forward to the rest of this teaching. Thanks for sharing your heart.

In Christ

I really do appreciate your teaching on this subject. As someone who knows her short-comings, and yet strives daily to overcome them, I always need to remind myself that God has already forgiven me because of what our lord Jesus Christ has done. His answering my prayers, his care and love for me, has nothing to do with me and how wonderful I am (or not). It has everything to do with what Christ did. I'm just glad we have forever to thank him for this, because it'll take that long.

More more! :)
